CONCRETE LIFTING ADDRESSES A RANGE OF PROBLEMS
Sinking concrete or cracked concrete is a sign that there are problems under the concrete. Although you may hope that the problem won’t get worse, without remediation, it very likely will! Concrete leveling is one solution that can fix sunken concrete slabs. Level Best Northwest uses a leveling compound called Eco-Rise to stabilize the soil under the concrete and to lift the sunken slab back to where it should be without demolition of the existing slab. We have fixed many concrete slab issues in the community without replacing the concrete.
WHAT TYPES OF PROJECTS
ARE GOOD FOR CONCRETE LIFTING?
Concrete lifting works for many different projects, from residential garages, to crawl space repair, to businesses with sunken sidewalks or driveways. Uneven concrete can cause serious injuries to family members and guests coming to your home, or customers and visitors at your business location. Replacing a slab can be messy and time-consuming. Concrete lifting and repair is more affordable than replacement, and it takes less time. If conditions are right for concrete stabilization, it makes sense to use the simpler method.
The important benefits of concrete lifting include:
· Economical – no large equipment and less time.
· Keep loved ones or customers safer by fixing concrete issues.
· Save money by avoiding potential lawsuits from injured people.
· Protect the property’s value.
· No damage to the surrounding landscape.
· No disposal costs from demolition.
· Minimal disruption to your family or customers because most jobs can be completed in one day.
