YAKIMA'S CONCRETE REPAIR & LEVELING SPECIALISTS
Level Best Northwest is a locally owned, father-and-son concrete repair company serving Central and Eastern Washington. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, we specialize in concrete lifting, stabilizing, resurfacing, crack repair, cleaning, and sealing. Our focus is simple: restore and protect existing concrete whenever possible, saving our customers money while minimizing disruption to their property.
We use Eco-Rise polyurethane foam to lift and stabilize sunken concrete slabs safely and efficiently. Most projects are completed in a single day, with no demolition, no unnecessary damage to landscaping, and no hauling concrete to the landfill.

WHAT WE DO
We specialize in concrete repair, not replacement. Our work includes lifting and leveling sunken slabs, stabilizing concrete before it settles, resurfacing worn surfaces, repairing cracks, cleaning concrete, and sealing it for long-term protection.
We do not perform structural foundation repair. While we can address cosmetic concrete issues around foundations, we do not take on projects involving load-bearing or structural foundation integrity. If replacement or structural work is required, we’ll tell you honestly.

Merle Brovont is the owner of Level Best Northwest and brings more than a decade of experience in concrete work to every project. His background includes pouring and finishing new concrete, decorative resurfacing, leveling sunken slabs, and repairing large commercial and warehouse floors, including loading docks.
Merle is known for his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. He believes that successful concrete repair starts with proper preparation, clear communication, and respect for the customer’s property. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and recommend solutions that provide real value, not unnecessary upsells.
MEET
THE ASSISTANT
Wilson Brovont is a key part of the Level Best Northwest team and works alongside his father on day-to-day operations. He assists with project setup, cleanup, and on-site support, helping ensure each job is completed efficiently and professionally.
Wilson enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in seeing the positive reaction customers have when a project is complete. He has a genuine interest in the people we serve and brings a thoughtful, respectful approach to every job. Wilson is currently enrolled in the business management program at Yakima Valley College and plans to continue growing his role at Level Best Northwest.

WE WORK
We serve communities throughout Central and Eastern Washington, including the Yakima Valley, Tri-Cities area, and surrounding regions. Our work covers Yakima, West Valley, Selah, Union Gap, Wapato, Toppenish, Zillah, Sunnyside, Granger, Grandview, Prosser, Harrah, and White Swan, as well as Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and Benton City. We also serve nearby areas such as Ellensburg, Cle Elum, Goldendale, Walla Walla, and Kittitas.
As a local company, we understand the soil and geological conditions common throughout Washington and how they affect concrete over time. That local knowledge directly informs how we approach every repair.

In our experience, successful concrete repair depends heavily on proper preparation and honest communication. We explain what a project involves up front and don’t surprise customers with last-minute changes or unexplained costs.
Whenever possible, we repair instead of replace. This approach reduces waste, limits landscape damage, and typically costs about half as much as full replacement, while still delivering long-lasting results.
